In the spirit of Thanksgiving tomorrow, we wanted to share a turkey dinner demonstration from Chef Matt Herron’s team at AACC's Hotel, Culinary Arts & Tourism Institute (HCAT). This was an excellent opportunity to learn or to improve your cooking skills with our wonderful HCAT team just in time for the holiday season! During the demonstration, participants learned how to prepare two Thanksgiving menu items, including Spatchcock Turkey and Pumpkin Pie.
We have a recording of the event if you all missed it or wanted to get in on the fun! This demonstration provides an awesome opportunity to re-create the dishes at home on the big day!
